Segregated client funds
Client money sits in segregated accounts, kept apart from Fenryx's operating funds and never used to run the company.
Fenryx gives Canadian and international businesses multi-currency accounts, global payouts and currency conversion on one platform. It is operated by Globally United Tech Corporation, a money services business registered with FINTRAC in Canada and based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Fenryx is built by more than 20 specialists with backgrounds in banking, payments and compliance. We started from a simple observation: a business that sells in one country, pays suppliers in another and runs payroll in a third should not need a separate provider for each of those jobs.
So Fenryx puts them in one place. A multi-currency business account with CAD, USD, EUR and GBP balances, payouts over SEPA and SWIFT into more than 130 countries, and conversion between currencies with the rate shown before you confirm. The security technology behind it is built in-house.
We are a payment account provider, not a bank. That distinction shapes how we hold client money, how we onboard companies and how we talk about what we do.
Fenryx is operated by Globally United Tech Corporation, which is registered as a money services business (MSB) with FINTRAC, the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada. The registration brings anti-money laundering obligations under Canadian law: verifying who our clients are, monitoring transactions and reporting what the law requires us to report.
That is the regulatory statement we make, and we make no claims beyond it. Client funds are held in segregated accounts, separate from our own operating funds. Because we are not a bank, deposit insurance does not apply in the way it would at one.
You do not have to take our word for it. The register is public:
